Management and Team Leading (Edexcel)

• Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading (Edexcel)
• Level 3 Award in Management (Edexcel)
• Level 5 Diploma in Management (Edexcel)

These are competence based qualifications that are delivered and assessed in the workplace for those involved in a wide variety of management activities. The qualifications are part Qualification Credit Framework (QCF) enabling credits achieved can be used as building blocks to other qualifications taken in the future. These qualifications are also recognised by the Institute for Management and give successful candidates the opportunity to become members.

They are generic qualifications that can be assessed in any industrial or commercial environment with a wide variety of optional units ensuring that they can be tailored to suit almost every scenario.

In general the Level 2 Certificate qualification is aimed at first line Team Leaders and Supervisors with the Level 3 Award targeting Departmental or Divisional Managers.

The Level 5 Diploma is more strategic in its content and is aimed at Organisational Heads and Directors. The areas covered by the qualifications include:
