NVQ's and Training

What are NVQ’s

National Vocational Qualifications, (NVQ's), and Scottish Vocational Qualifications, (SVQ’s) are nationally recognised qualifications which show that people have the competence to perform effectively in their particular occupation.

Occupational competence is the ability to perform to the standards required in employment across a range of circumstances.

NVQ’s are about what people can do. They go beyond the range of skills to include planning, problem solving, dealing with the unexpected, working with other people and applying the knowledge and understanding that underpins competence.

Bespoke Training

KTL also develop bespoke training packages including health and safety, interviewing and selection, appraisals and team building.
