Matrix Quality Standard for KTL

In October 2008, KTL Ltd achieved the matrix Quality Standard accreditation. 

The Matrix Standard is a national Quality Mark for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. It is valid for three years.

 The matrix Standard inspection involved rigorous testing of the quality of the staff skills and information resources by an external assessor

 Employers and learners also helped to assess the service and gave feedback to the assessor.  This is what they had to say:
