The company was founded originally in 1998 to work alongside Klitra Limited as a Training provider to the Clothing and Textile Industry and became a well-known provider of NVQ's and SVQ's. Training included management and instructor training through to health and safety.

The new website indicates the start of a new era for KTL and an opportunity for this professional company to introduce it's core training services to the wider audience.
