More and more companies are continuing to invest in training their employees in response to the economic climate. Research show that businesses are 2.5 times more likely to survive if employers train their staff. If you want to improve your organisations productivity and maximize your competitive advantage, you need to make sure each of your employees has all the skills they need to do their job properly.



Train to Gain is designed specifically to meet businesses training needs. An initiative to raise the skill levels of people who are in work. The aim of the initiative is to have all skilled employees trained to a minimum of a Level 2 qualification. KTL will work with you to respond to your training needs for your organisation. We then put together a training plan that will offer a choice of training solutions for each employee. Subject to previous qualifications, these NVQs are fully funded or co-funded by the Government. Other NVQs include Management, Customer Service and Business Administration.



KTL can also design bespoke training to meet individual requirements.
